“A relaxed body is a strong body”

My approach in life is to move through it with as much ease as I can. This carries over into my treatment approach by looking to the body for what it needs, so we can accomplish your goals with as much ease as possible and in a shorter amount of visits. This will allow us to address the body as a whole, by looking at the nervous system, viscera, and musculoskeletal system to see what may be driving your symptoms. I believe in looking not only as the body as a whole, but at the person as a whole. This may include addressing sleep, stress, diet, and social health, or other factors that may be contributing to your symptoms and limiting your function.
